We are an sdr company specializing in connecting construction subcontractors across the us with general contractors to build valuable business relationships. We are seeking highly motivated and skilled cold callers to join our team as Sales Development Representatives.
This is a critical sales development role focused on outbound calling to business owners. Your primary responsibilities will include delivering a concise and confident pitch, handling basic objections effectively, and successfully booking qualified calls directly onto our calendar. This is not a heavily scripted, high-volume dialing position; we require individuals who can engage in conversational interactions and demonstrate assertiveness to secure bookings.
Key Requirements:
- Proven B2B phone experience is essential.
- Exceptional English fluency with a neutral accent is required for clear communication with US-based clients.
- Ability to be conversational, handle objections, and confidently close on calendar bookings.
- Must have reliable internet access and a quiet, professional workspace.
- Availability to work during standard US business hours.
Compensation includes a base hourly rate of $10-12, depending on experience, plus attractive performance bonuses for each booked and held call. We offer a clear path to full-time employment for strong performers, starting with a paid part-time trial period to evaluate mutual fit.
Candidates from Latin America (LATAM) are strongly preferred.
