Experienced Creatives Project Manager for Dynamic Creative Department

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creatives Project Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our dynamic creative department. This pivotal role involves more than just tracking tasks; you will be responsible for managing a dedicated team of designers and coordinators, overseeing the entire lifecycle of over 100 creative requests each month. A key aspect of this position will be to develop and implement robust systems that ensure consistently high quality while enabling our creative output to scale efficiently. Reporting directly to Leadership / Co-Founder, the ideal candidate will act as a crucial bridge between our Account Management and Creative teams. Your primary objective will be to ensure that the creative vision is translated into flawless, on-brand, on-budget, and on-schedule deliverables, all while fostering a sustainable work environment that prevents team burnout. We are looking for a strategic thinker with strong leadership abilities and a proven track record in managing complex creative workflows.
