Overview:
We are an Indian manufacturer (geotexelin.com) of specialized agricultural crop covers (fruit tunnel covers, greenhouse covers, weed control ground covers) expanding into LATAM (especially Chile and Peru), focusing on fruit crops such as berries, grapes, cherries, and blueberries.

We are looking for a Spanish-speaking outreach and lead qualification specialist who can identify, contact, and qualify companies that supply growers with crop covers and related materials.

This role is focused on real conversations, insights, and qualified opportunities — not just sending messages.

Scope of Work / Tasks:

- Research and identify companies in LATAM - specifically Chile and Peru that:
- Supply fruit growers (berries, grapes, cherries, blueberries)
- Sell or distribute crop covers and ground covers

Reach out via:

- Phone / WhatsApp (preferred)
- Email and LinkedIn
- Speak with decision-makers (owners, sales managers, procurement)

Qualify companies based on:
- Import vs local sourcing
- Product categories handled
- Customer base (type of growers served)
- Buying frequency / scale
- Maintain a structured tracker/CRM with insights and conversation notes
- Set up meetings with qualified prospects

Expected Results (KPIs):

Within the first 2 weeks:

40-50 targeted companies identified
40-50 outreach attempts
20 meaningful conversations
10 qualified leads
2-3 scheduled meetings with strong prospects

Ideal Candidate:

Must-Have:

- Fluent Spanish (spoken) and English (spoken and written)
-Experience in B2B outreach / cold calling / SDR roles
-Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers
Ability to ask questions, understand needs, and qualify leads

Preferred:

Experience in agriculture / agri-inputs / greenhouse / irrigation sectors
Experience working with Chile or Peru markets
Experience qualifying distributors or importers

How We Will Work:

- You will receive initial training, target profiles, and messaging
- You will actively engage with prospects and provide feedback from the market
- Weekly reviews to refine targeting, messaging, and qualification
