Experienced English-Speaking Cold Caller / Appointment Setter for U.S. Businesses

We are seeking an experienced English-speaking Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to join our team. This is a long-term remote position, ideal for candidates located in Latin America, specifically interested in those from Venezuela, Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Argentina, and other South American countries. The role involves calling U.S. Businesses during U.S. Eastern Time business hours, Monday through Friday, starting at approximately 15 hours per week.

Responsibilities include:
Making outbound calls to U.S. Businesses.
Reaching business owners and decision-makers.
Handling objections effectively.
Qualifying interest from prospects.
Scheduling qualified appointments.
Accurately recording all call results and lead management.

Compensation is $3 USD per hour, complemented by performance bonuses: $15 for every qualified appointment that successfully shows, and $50 for every closed sale generated from the caller’s appointments. Bonuses are uncapped, and additional hours will be available for strong performers. We provide fresh prospect lists, contact information, dialing software, and comprehensive scripts.

Candidates should possess previous cold-calling or appointment-setting experience, with a preference for those who have experience calling U.S. Businesses. Excellent spoken English, a confident and natural phone presence, reliable internet access, and a professional headset are essential. Availability during U.S. Eastern Time is required.
