We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HubSpot Implementation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, managing and maintaining our clients' HubSpot CRM portals, providing day-to-day support to their teams, generating reports, and ensuring smooth operations across their marketing, sales, and service processes. The ideal candidate has plenty of hands-on experience with HubSpot, strong proficiency in Google productivity tools, and the ability to troubleshoot and provide technical support.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for HubSpot-related inquiries and support requests.
Manage, update, and optimize HubSpot CRM, including data entry, workflows, dashboards, and properties.
Generate and analyze reports in HubSpot to provide actionable insights for the sales, marketing, and operations teams.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HubSpot users across the organization.
Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and best practices in CRM usage.
Assist with onboarding and training new users on HubSpot and its tools as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and maximize CRM effectiveness.
Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in a HubSpot Implementation Specialist, Analyst, SME(Subject Matter Expert) or any related to the previously mentioned job titles
Proficiency in speaking and writing English
Strong proficiency in Google productivity tools
Experience creating reports, dashboards, and workflows in HubSpot.
Ability to provide technical support and troubleshoot user issues.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
HubSpot certifications (CRM, Reporting, or Admin) are a plus.
