Experienced Mern Stack Full Stack Developer for Scalable Web Applications

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer proficient in the MERN stack to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building dynamic, responsive, and user-friendly frontend applications using ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. On the backend, you will develop robust services and RESTful APIs using NodeJS and ExpressJS, implementing complex business logic, middleware, and server-side integrations. You will also be responsible for designing and managing NoSQL databases with MongoDB, including schema design and performance optimization. Key responsibilities include integrating frontend components with backend services and third-party APIs, implementing state management using Redux or similar libraries, and ensuring application security, scalability, and performance through best coding and security practices. This includes implementing authentication and authorization using JWT, OAuth2, and role-based access control. The role requires writing and maintaining comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using frameworks like Jest, Mocha, Chai, or Cypress. You will collaborate closely with ui/ux designers, qa engineers, devops teams, and business stakeholders, and actively participate in agile/scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. Experience with deploying and managing applications on cloud platforms like AWS or Azure, and utilizing ci/cd pipelines and version control tools like git, github, or gitlab is essential. Maintaining technical documentation, including application architecture and API specifications, is also a crucial part of this role.
