We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager / Account Manager to join our growing digital marketing, strategic consulting, and automation agency. We are currently two founders managing the strategic and campaign side (Meta Ads, digital marketing, consulting), and we need a dedicated professional to serve as the crucial link between our founders, clients, and creative team.
Main Responsibilities:
Act as the primary daily point of contact with clients, handling requests for materials, coordinating meetings, and planning next steps to ensure smooth communication and project flow.
Organize and oversee the tasks of our creative team, which includes video editors, designers, and copywriters, ensuring their work aligns with project requirements and deadlines.
Manage project deadlines and deliverables effectively. We utilize tools such as Trello, ClickUp, and Notion for project management.
Ensure all projects remain organized, on track, and fully aligned with client objectives and our agency's strategic goals.
Prepare clear and concise progress reports for the founders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and resource needs.
Proactively anticipate potential issues or roadblocks and propose effective solutions to maintain project momentum and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Project Manager, Account Manager, or in a similar client-facing and project coordination role within a digital marketing agency environment.
Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for managing multiple stakeholders and tasks.
Demonstrated proactivity, strong ability to prioritize tasks, and capability to work effectively under pressure.
Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and social media platforms is required. While not an Ads expert, an understanding of the overall workflow is key.
