We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of a new Human Resources (HR) solution. The chosen platform will be either Microsoft Dynamics HR or Cornerstone, and the Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring a successful, on-time, and on-budget deployment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Managing all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Coordinating with internal hr teams, it departments, and external vendors to ensure seamless integration and data migration.
- Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
- Facilitating effective communication among all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and key milestones.
- Overseeing user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensuring proper training and documentation are in place.
- Driving change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of the new HR system.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex HR software implementations, demonstrating strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Expertise with Microsoft Dynamics HR or Cornerstone platforms is highly desirable.
