We’re 3alica.com - a remote-first ai + data services company helping us startups, ecommerce brands, and health tech companies build custom data teams.
We’ve built landing pages, ICPs, and outbound infrastructure - now we need a reliable SDR (Sales Development Representative) to help us scale outbound across LinkedIn, email, and cold outreach tools.

✅ Your Responsibilities
You’ll be working directly with the founding team and marketing lead to:
Find leads via LinkedIn, Apollo, Crunchbase - based on clear ICP lists (we provide)
Write short, personalized outreach messages (we’ll help with scripts)
Launch outbound campaigns via LinkedIn and email (we use Clay, Instantly, etc.)
Track responses, qualify interest, and book intro calls for our founder
Maintain clean tracking in Notion + Google Sheets + Hubspot CRM

Ideal Candidate
✅ Fluent in English (you’ll write and message C-level roles in the US)
✅ 1-2 years in B2B outreach, sales assistant, or SDR-type roles
✅ Familiar with outbound tools like Apollo, Instantly, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Nav
✅ Understands tech roles: Data Engineers, Product Leads, etc.
✅ Writes clearly, quickly, and can personalize messages fast
✅ Based in LATAM / with US-time overlap
