This role involves engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and assessing their suitability for our accounting services. The specialist will be responsible for maintaining a high conversion rate from lead to qualified appointment. Excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales processes, and the ability to manage a schedule effectively are essential. Experience in lead qualification, telemarketing, or a similar sales development role is highly valued. Familiarity with financial services or accounting client needs is a plus. This is an ongoing hourly position, requiring consistent effort to support our sales pipeline.
