We are seeking a dedicated and creative Social Media Manager to take over and significantly grow the online presence of our pet niche e-commerce project. Currently, social media management is handled internally, but we are looking for a specialist to fully focus on expanding our reach and boosting sales through strategic content and community engagement.
What success looks like:
Your creativity and consistent content publishing will be key drivers for brand growth. This role offers a fixed project payment, complemented by performance-based bonuses tied to achieving specific sales or growth targets.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts primarily for TikTok and Instagram.
- Develop compelling captions and copy designed to maximize audience engagement.
- Continuously monitor social media performance metrics and optimize strategies for better results.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, features, and best practices.
- Actively interact with our online community to foster a loyal and engaged audience.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media management is essential, with prior e-commerce experience being a significant advantage.
- Strong English writing and communication skills are required.
- A creative mindset with a keen eye for compelling storytelling and emerging trends.
- Results-driven individual with a strong interest in achieving growth and earning performance-based incentives.
Additional Details:
Our e-commerce store is built on the Shopify platform.
We will initiate the collaboration with a 21-day trial period.
All payments, including the fixed project fee and performance bonuses, will be processed through Workana, adhering strictly to the platform's policies.
