We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Virtual Assistant to serve as our dedicated Customer Service Representative for a busy property management company. We currently manage approximately 170 rental properties, comprising 70 vacation rentals and 100 long-term rentals. This is a critical role requiring exceptional customer service skills and the ability to manage diverse communication channels and tasks
independently.The primary responsibilities for this role include:
* Managing all guest and tenant communications across various platforms, including Airbnb, VRBO, and Guesty. Prior experience with these platforms is highly preferred.
* Handling all incoming and outgoing phone communications with professionalism and efficiency.
* Coordinating vendor repairs and maintenance requests, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with all parties involved.
We are looking for a candidate who is a self-starter, capable of critical thinking, and approaches all communications and tasks with a mindful and proactive attitude. This role is not suitable for someone who is solely task-oriented and unable to think creatively or problem-solve independently. The ideal candidate will be an integral part of our team, contributing to the smooth operation and high satisfaction of our property owners and renters.
