We are a growing specialty coffee roastery based in the US seeking a highly motivated, organized, and professional Sales Virtual Assistant to significantly expand our wholesale accounts. This full-time, long-term position offers substantial growth potential as we scale our operations. The ideal candidate will be the driving force behind our outreach initiatives, engaging with grocery store managers, café owners, boutiques, churches, real estate offices, and other wholesale buyers across the US market.Key Responsibilities:Proactively contact existing Hy-Vee grocery store managers to facilitate reorders and reactivate dormant accounts.Conduct cold calls to new Hy-Vee locations to gather manager contact information and distribute product details.Distribute templated product information emails to prospective clients across various industry verticals.Ensure consistent follow-up with all contacts via both phone and email communications.Identify and cultivate new prospect lists for diverse sectors, including coffee shops, boutiques, churches, real estate offices, and financial institutions.Accurately maintain and update a daily activity tracker to log all contact interactions.Identify and flag warm, interested prospects for direct follow-up calls by the owner.Candidate Profile:Exceptional proficiency in English is essential, as daily communication with US businesses will be a core responsibility.Demonstrated experience in sales, cold calling, or customer outreach is required.Comfortable and available to make phone calls during US Central time business hours.Highly organized with the ability to effectively manage multiple client verticals simultaneously.Self-directed and capable of independently executing a defined sales outreach system.Proficiency in organized record keeping is crucial for this role.Experience within the food, beverage, or consumer goods industries is a valuable asset, though not strictly required.This is a full-time commitment, Monday through Friday, aligning with US Central time business hours.
