I'm seeking a highly capable, bilingual (English/Spanish) woman to help build a feminist lifestyle brand and business ecosystem.
This is not an administrative or traditional VA role.
I'm looking for someone who takes initiative, thinks strategically, builds relationships, solves problems independently, and takes pride in her work.
You will help bring ideas to life through retreats, VIP Days, partnerships, systems, launches, and exceptional client experiences.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to help build a mission-driven business from the inside rather than simply complete assigned tasks.
About the Business
I am a registered social worker, author, coach, speaker, and founder of Décalage Solutions.
I am building a feminist lifestyle brand that includes coaching, VIP Days, retreats, community, speaking, online education, intentional travel, writing, and a luxury pet-sitting brand.
The women we serve are activists, advocates, journalists, educators, lawyers, researchers, social workers, policy advisors, organizers, NGO professionals, and change-makers working toward social justice, human rights, gender equity, and systems change.
Responsibilities
* Research and coordinate retreats, venues, hotels, and VIP Days
* Build relationships with hotels, sponsors, tourism boards, and strategic partners
* Conduct outreach and partnership development
* Coordinate launches and client experiences
* Review sales pages, funnels, and launch plans
* Create SOPs, systems, and project plans
* Coordinate with the Executive Assistant, contractors, and team
* Support development of a luxury pet-sitting brand and website
* Attend and support retreats as the operational lead

Required Qualifications
* Fluent English & Spanish
* Strong project management skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong relationship-building abilities
* Exceptional organization and documentation skills
* Ability to work independently and take ownership
* Comfortable giving and receiving direct feedback
* Confident communicating with senior professionals, partners, sponsors, and clients
* Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs and solve problems proactively
* Understanding of marketing fundamentals and customer journeys
* Ability to evaluate funnels, sales pages, and launch plans

Experience with:
* Retreats or events
* Hospitality or tourism
* Hotel negotiations
* Sponsorships
* Community building
* Coaching or education businesses
* Premium client experiences
