We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Data Entry and Administrative Support Specialist to assist with various ongoing tasks. The ideal freelancer will have exceptional attention to detail, strong typing skills, and proficiency with common office software and online platforms.
Key responsibilities include:
* Accurate data entry from PDF documents into Excel spreadsheets and Word documents.
* Conducting thorough web research to gather specific data and information.
* Performing copy-paste tasks efficiently and accurately.
* Cleaning and formatting existing data to ensure consistency and usability.
* High-speed typing work, with a minimum speed of 80+ WPM.
* Managing and updating data in Excel spreadsheets and Google Sheets.
* Entering and maintaining data within CRM systems such as Hubspot and Zoho.
* Assisting with e-commerce product listing on platforms like Amazon and Shopify.
We are looking for a reliable individual who can handle multiple tasks, maintain data integrity, and contribute to the smooth operation of our administrative processes. Prior experience with similar tasks and a proactive approach are highly valued.
