About the Role
We are hiring two freelance recruiters to support our global hiring efforts—one based in the Philippines, and one in Latin America. You’ll play a crucial role in helping us source, screen, and place high-performing sales talent (closers, SDRs, CSR, VAs, Sales). You’ll report directly to the Manager of Recruitment and work closely with our remote team to meet hiring goals with speed and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source, interview, and assess sales candidates
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Facebook Groups,
OnlineJobs.ph, Workana, and other platforms to find top talent
- Headhunt passive candidates using Boolean search and outreach tools
- Conduct screening calls and submit qualified, pre-vetted profiles
- Maintain an active recruitment pipeline and track all candidate progress
- Collaborate with hiring managers and update them on candidate status
- Provide regular reporting to the Manager of Recruitment
- Continuously improve outreach strategies and candidate quality
What We’re Looking For
- Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills
- Ability to read people quickly and identify strong communicators and sellers
- Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter and familiar with local talent platforms
- Organized, self-motivated, and responsive in a remote setting
-Bilingual: Fluent English + Filipino (for PH) or Spanish (for LATAM)
- Bonus: Experience with ats/crm tools and performance-based hiring
