We are seeking an experienced freelance telemarketer to support our sales team with outbound calls, appointment setting, and CRM updates. This role involves calling both warm and cold leads, following up via phone, email, and text, and keeping detailed records in our CRM system. The ideal candidate will have a clear Americanized English accent, strong background in telemarketing and appointment setting, and hands-on experience working with Zoho CRM and Ringio web phone (or similar web-based calling applications). You should be motivated, reliable, and results-driven, with excellent communication and follow-up abilities. Responsibilities: 1. Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads (16 hours per week) using Ringio (or similar web phone tools) 2. Set qualified appointments for our sales team 3. Update and maintain accurate records in Zoho CRM 4. Send follow-up emails and texts through CRM and communication platforms (4 hours per week) 5. Provide weekly progress reports Requirements: Proven experience in telemarketing and appointment setting Clear Americanized English accent Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM Experience using Ringio web phone or similar web-based call apps Excellent communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Self-motivated and goal-oriented Compensation: $7USD per hour 20 hours per week (16 hours calling + 4 hours admin/CRM work) Performance-based bonus opportunities per appointment set Opportunity: This is an ongoing freelance project with potential for growth. If you consistently deliver results, there may be opportunities for additional hours and responsibilities.
