SwiftSocial is looking for a dedicated full-time remote B2B Outbound Cold Caller to join our team. We help home standby generator installers in the US and Canada. Our focus is on making installations predictable. We do this with targeted paid ads and qualification funnels. Your main job is to call generator installer business owners from our lead lists. Then, book qualified sales appointments.
Key Requirements:
Must be available Monday to Friday during US Eastern business hours. The minimum is 9 am to 5 pm et, but being available earlier is a plus.
Clear spoken English is essential, suitable for US phone lines. We will screen for clarity.
High discipline and consistency are paramount. You should be comfortable making 200+ dials per day after an initial ramp-up period.
Previous experience with B2B cold calling is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Execute high-volume outbound calling to prospective clients.
Conduct diligent follow-up via calls and SMS to nurture leads.
Set up qualified meetings with decision-makers who install generators.
Make sure to schedule all meeting details accurately. Also, record comprehensive notes.
Keep accurate CRM logs and follow our set follow-up schedule.
Compensation:
Base pay of $5 per hour during scheduled work hours.
Get an extra $50 for every qualified meeting you book successfully.
A bonus of $150 for each closed deal that originates from your booked meetings.
