DIGICENTRES, an international consulting and advisory organization, is rapidly expanding its network of counseling centers globally to address digital addiction. We are seeking a skilled professional to manage procurement and tender processes for a wide range of products and services essential for the operation of our new centers.Areas of Procurement and Tendering include: Liability insurance, life insurance, pension products, and other employee benefits; Reconstruction, renovation, and fit-out of office premises; Office furniture and equipment; Graphic design, printing, and advertising services (flyers, brochures, business cards, promotional materials, etc.); Products and services related to office operations, including coffee supplies, office stationery, IT equipment, consumables, and other operational needs.Key Responsibilities for this role involve: Identifying and sourcing suitable suppliers in various countries and regions; Communicating and negotiating with potential suppliers to secure favorable terms; Organizing and managing comprehensive tender and procurement processes; Evaluating proposals and bids rigorously according to established criteria; Preparing detailed reports and supporting documentation for management decisions; Assisting in the development and expansion of an international network of contractual partners.We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in administration, procurement, purchasing, business development, supplier management, or project coordination. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, a systematic approach to work, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks effectively.
