I'm looking for a working GTM engineer or technical RevOps specialist to mentor a beginner one-on-one. English and Spanish strongly preferred; sessions are in English.
The schedule runs from November 2026 to April 2027:
- November to January: two one-hour sessions a week.
- February to April: one one-hour session a week.
All sessions are on Zoom, in the mornings, Central Mexico time.
There is a strict curriculum already in place, and the tutor is expected to follow it session by session.
What you'll do:
- Teach the curriculum: HubSpot, webhooks and JSON with Make and n8n, Clay enrichment and Claygent, cold email setup and deliverability, and AI prompting.
- Assign weekly homework and check it in the next session.
- Run regular live checks: review the build on screen, add a bug to fix, and ask for the reasoning to be explained.
- Toward the end, run timed practice builds.
Must have:
- Hands-on, current experience with Clay, Make or n8n, and a CRM (HubSpot preferred).
- Comfortable teaching a beginner step by step on screen share.
- Reliable: on time, prepared, and gives at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule.
I need someone who sets clear tasks, follows up, and gives honest feedback.
Nice to have: experience at a Clay partner agency or on a B2B sales team.
How it works: before each session you'll receive the topic from the curriculum. After each session, send a short written note: what was covered, the homework set, and anything to watch.
The first session is a paid trial. If it goes well, we continue with the full schedule.
To apply: send a 2-minute Loom of one working workflow you built (Clay, a webhook and a CRM), share your hourly rate, and confirm Tuesday and Friday mornings, Central Mexico time, work for you.
