We are seeking a sharp, proactive Online Marketing Assistant to support our marketing operations across multiple platforms and clients. This is a remote, part-time role with growth opportunities and performance-based incentives. The ideal candidate will be organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working with AI tools, ads, and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, and TikTok, providing general support.
- Supporting ad copywriting efforts, including developing headlines, descriptions, and basic creative ideas.
- Working with various AI tools such as ChatGPT, automation tools, and content assistants to enhance productivity and campaign effectiveness.
- Managing and updating spreadsheets for tracking leads, performance metrics, tasks, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Helping to organize campaign assets, briefs, and reports.
- Communicating effectively in both English and Spanish with team members and clients.
- Providing support for day-to-day marketing and operational tasks.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools for marketing or productivity purposes.
- Strong proficiency with spreadsheets (e.g., Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel).
- Basic to intermediate conceptual knowledge of advertising platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Some experience in copywriting or creating marketing content.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
- Ability to work independently and consistently meet deadlines.

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory):
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems like GoHighLevel, Kommo, or HubSpot.
- Understanding of marketing funnels, lead generation, and conversion optimization.
- Basic graphic design knowledge, particularly with tools like Canva.
- Prior experience working with marketing agencies or managing multiple client accounts.

This is a part-time, 100% remote position with a flexible schedule.
