Hr Freelancer for Hiring Strategy and Recruitment (Spanish / English Bilingual)

Project Description

We are looking for a bilingual Human Resources freelancer (Spanish / English) who can help us define the hiring strategy and execute the search and selection process to fill a key position within our organization in Business Development.

The freelancer should first help us define and refine the profile we are looking for (skills, experience, type of candidate, and budget range), as well as recommend where and how to conduct the search. Then the freelancer will execute the active search, identify and contact potential candidates, perform the initial screening, and present candidates who truly match the requirements. The freelancer will also coordinate interviews with the candidates and support the process until we are able to complete the hiring of one of them.

It is important that the freelancer has experience in active talent sourcing (active sourcing or headhunting), meaning the ability to identify and contact potential candidates directly through professional platforms and talent networks, not only manage people who apply to a job posting.

The objective of this project is to hire the right candidate for the position. We are hiring an HR specialist (the freelancer) to help us achieve that hiring. Their work will be to carry out the entire recruitment process, from defining the role profile to the final hiring. The project is considered completed when one of the candidates presented by the freelancer is ultimately hired.

Requirements

Spanish / English bilingual

Experience in recruitment and active candidate sourcing (active sourcing or headhunting)

Experience identifying and contacting candidates directly, not only reviewing applications

Access to professional recruiting tools (for example LinkedIn Recruiter or accounts that allow direct candidate outreach)

Ability to understand business needs and evaluate candidates with good judgment

Results-oriented mindset focused on candidate quality
