Primary Responsibilities:

Identifying investment opportunities in the private sector

Organizing weekly and monthly investment meetings

Finding owner contact information for numerous private companies

Sourcing deals that align with our investment criteria

Requirements:
Advanced proficiency in both written and verbal English.

Must possess a natural ability to effectively communicate over the phone, demonstrating charisma and outstanding communication skills.

Strong common sense and the ability to think independently.

Ability to research creatively and gather information innovatively.

Capacity to think outside the box.

Tech-savvy, proficient in office software, and able to quickly adapt to new technologies for efficient remote communication and data management

Degree in accounting or related finance field would be and asset.

Your exposure will include: Live M&A deals Interactions with brokers, accountants, and lawyers Daily involvement in due diligence and various types of negotiations We are looking for someone to efficiently develop and manage our multi-stage, high-volume deal funnel.
