We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cold Caller to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to conduct outbound calls to business owners across the United States with the objective of identifying potential sellers. This position is focused purely on lead qualification and generation; no direct sales are required. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging prospects, understanding their interest in selling their business, and qualifying them based on predefined criteria. Qualified leads will then be passed upwards to our internal team for further engagement. Key responsibilities include: Conduct a high volume of outbound cold calls to US business owners daily. Engage prospects in a professional and persuasive manner to uncover their potential interest in selling their business. Qualify leads thoroughly based on established criteria to ensure high-quality handoffs. Accurately record all interactions and update lead status in our CRM system. Collaborate closely with the internal team to ensure a smooth lead transfer process. Maintain a strong understanding of the US business landscape and common motivations for selling a business. Requirements: Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or lead generation. Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively over the phone. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for lead tracking. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus. This is an ongoing hourly position for a dedicated professional.
