Position Overview
We’re looking for a proactive and personable Lead Generator and Outreach Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying potential partners, reaching out to them, and building lasting relationships. You'll guide the process from initial research and outreach all the way to setting up and attending introductory conversations with key contacts. Your work will help expand our referral network and drive growth through genuine, strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Research & Identification: Source and build a list of potential leads—clinics, providers, and healthcare organizations—through online platforms, directories, and industry channels.
- Outreach & Engagement: Initiate contact with prospective partners via email, phone, or social media, introducing Insight Therapy Solutions and the services we offer.
- Relationship Building: Develop trust and rapport with contacts through consistent and meaningful communication.
- Presentation & Connection: Coordinate and conduct discovery or intro calls to present our company and explore collaboration or referral opportunities.
- CRM & Pipeline Management: Track all outreach efforts, manage the lead pipeline, and ensure follow-ups are timely and organized.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and leadership teams to align outreach strategies with broader business goals.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in outreach, lead generation, business development, or client relationship roles (healthcare industry experience is a plus).
- Comfortable conducting research and identifying the right people to contact.
- A natural communicator who can build relationships and represent the company professionally.
- Organized and detail-oriented, especially when managing multiple leads and follow-ups.
- Familiar with tools like LinkedIn, CRMs, email outreach platforms, etc.
- Self-motivated and able to manage your own schedule in a remote work environment.
- Experience preparing and leading intro or discovery calls.
- Must have a C1 (Advanced) level of English, both spoken and written, to confidently handle outreach, sales calls, and business communication with US-based contacts.
Nice to Have (but not required)
- Background or familiarity with behavioral health, mental health, or telehealth services.
- Existing network or referral contacts in healthcare or wellness industries.
