Local Outreach & Contributor Recruitment Coordinator for Latam Data Project

We are seeking a dedicated Local Outreach Coordinator to join our data collection project across Latin America.  Milestone $25 usd. This role involves partnering with businesses whose employees perform everyday manual work, such as those in warehouses, hotels, restaurants, retail stores, cleaning companies, farms, and workshops. Participants will use a simple mobile application to record short videos of real work tasks. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain relationships with local businesses and facilitate the enrollment of their employees as project participants. Key responsibilities include: Identifying and engaging with local businesses that align with the project's target sectors. Introducing the data collection opportunity to business owners, managers, and employees. Guiding interested participants through the process of downloading the application, creating an account, and correctly joining the project with the provided partner code. Providing support during a short test session to ensure participants are properly set up and ready to contribute. Tracking and reporting daily recruitment progress using the established reporting methods. Assisting participants with basic setup questions and troubleshooting. We are looking for an individual with strong communication and relationship-building skills, comfortable presenting new opportunities to business owners and workers. The ideal candidate will be organized, reliable in daily reporting, and possess prior experience in outreach, community engagement, sales, or recruitment within the gig economy. Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is essential for this role, given the target region.
