I’m a real estate agent based in Marbella, managing high-end properties. I need a proactive, reliable assistant to help me stay organized and manage the daily digital and commercial flow of my business.

What I Need You to Do:
    1.    Digital Organization:
    •    Organize folders, property images, documents, and access on my computer.
    •    Clean and organize my phone (WhatsApp chats, contacts, apps, etc.).
    •    Manage and tidy up my email inbox (filter, reply, archive).
    2.    Commercial Support:
    •    Monitor real estate WhatsApp groups and respond to property requests from agents.
    •    Publish and promote my listings in relevant WhatsApp groups.
    •    Respond quickly to leads and requests from Inmobalia, Resales, and other portals.
    •    Keep my HubSpot CRM updated with contacts, follow-ups, and tasks.
    3.    Process Improvement & Ideas:
    •    Bring ideas to improve the way I manage contacts, listings, and communication.
    •    Help me build a structured, efficient daily routine.
    •    Be one step ahead—anticipate what I’ll need next.


Ideal Candidate:
    •    Experience working with real estate agents (ideally in Spain or similar markets).
    •    Strong knowledge of HubSpot, Inmobalia, Resales, Linkdn and WhatsApp Business.
    •    Highly organized, creative, and resourceful.
    •    Strong written and verbal communication in Spanish (English is a plus).

Conditions:
    •    Freelance/contractor position.
    •    Remote work
    •    Flexible hours (1-2 hours per day)
    •    Monthly payment
