Looking for talented Virtual/Marketing Assistant for purpose driven hardware startup 💛

At sun-a-wear, we are developing technology to prevent skin cancer by helping people better understand their UV exposure.

Right now, most people are basically guessing when it comes to UV exposure - they either avoid the sun completely or don't think about it at all. We're changing that by giving them real-time, personalized data right in their pocket.

We've created a worldwide unique solar-powered UV tracker that attaches to clothing and connects to a mobile app. Since it's solar powered, no charging is needed, just clip it on and go.

Our first version (hardware+app) is already helping people make better sun exposure decisions, but with our continued growth, we need a versatile marketing and support professional to help us reach more people.

This role will be instrumental in expanding our reach and enhancing our customer experience. You'll have the opportunity to work across multiple areas including:

- **Marketing Strategy & Execution**: Supporting both paid campaigns and influencer outreach to grow our audience
- **Content Creation**: Developing compelling product stories, testimonials, and educational content
- **Customer Support**: Providing exceptional service to our community
- **Website Enhancement**: Contributing to product imagery, videos, and overall user experience
- **Community Building**: Engaging with users across social platforms and gathering valuable feedback
- **Sales Support**: Assisting with B2B opportunities and organic growth initiatives

You'll collaborate directly with our small team on this part-time role (initially 40-60% per week; tbd). However we are looking for someone who can fully onboard very soon, right after such a m an initial trial/test periode.
