We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented freelancer based in France to act as a mystery buyer. The primary goal of this project is to evaluate the purchasing experience and provide comprehensive feedback.
Scope of Work: Purchase the designated food supplements from a provided online link. Capture several clear, high-quality photographs of the product and its packaging upon receipt. Complete a questionnaire consisting of 10 short questions detailing your experience from purchase to product reception.
Additional Information: The client will supply the link for the product purchase and will cover all associated expenses for the product and shipping. This is a one-time project. We are looking for a freelancer who can execute this task efficiently and provide valuable insights into the customer journey.
