We are seeking a highly skilled native Brazilian Portuguese speaker to assist us in conducting brief customer discovery calls with our users located in Brazil. This is a straightforward, remote freelance assignment focused purely on gathering valuable insights into user experiences with our product. There is no sales or cold calling involved, and no specialized research experience is necessary.
Our users are already aware of and anticipating these calls, showing enthusiasm for participation. Your primary responsibility will be to engage in friendly and comfortable conversations, guided by a structured script that we will provide.
Key Responsibilities:
* Schedule and conduct approximately 10 Zoom calls with Brazilian users.
* Ask pre-defined questions regarding their experience with our product.
* Accurately record all calls.
* Submit the audio recording along with a comprehensive transcript after each completed call.
We Will Provide:
* A comprehensive list of questions (initially in English, which you will naturally adapt into Portuguese for the calls).
* User contact details and initial introductions to facilitate smooth communication.
* Full guidance and ongoing support throughout the project to ensure your success.
Call Format:
* Approximately 10 calls in total are expected. (First - just 1)
* Each call is anticipated to last between 15 to 25 minutes.
* The work is entirely remote, offering a flexible schedule to accommodate your availability.
Requirements:
* Native proficiency in Brazilian Portuguese is essential.
* A friendly, approachable, and comfortable communication style.
* A stable and reliable internet connection to ensure clear call quality.
* The capability to record calls and produce accurate transcripts.
