A client requires administrative assistance to finalize the process of obtaining an electronic death certificate for their deceased wife in Brazil. The primary task for the freelancer is to overcome the payment obstacle. The client, being American, does not possess a Brazilian CPF, which is required by the cartório's payment system. The selected freelancer will need to: contact the specified cartório (Campeche, Florianópolis/SC), obtain a new payment link that can be processed without a Brazilian CPF, or facilitate the payment on behalf of the client, and process the official registry fee, which is approximately R$53. Upon successful payment, the electronic death certificate should be issued. The final deliverable is the electronic death certificate in PDF format. No additional research, translation services, or physical shipping of documents are required for this project. The client will provide all necessary record details, including the name, cartório information, matrícula, livro, folha, and registro.
