Outbound Sales Representative & Closer (Remote, Long-Term)

Hi, I'm Colin, founder of Ozlon, a Charlotte, nc company that builds websites and follow-up systems for home service businesses (roofing, hvac, plumbing, landscaping, cleaning, remodeling).

I'm hiring a remote sales representative to join our team directly — not through an agency. The work: reach out to service business owners, follow up with interested leads, present our offer on calls, and close. You'll also help create opportunities by connecting with owners in Facebook groups.

Our main offer is simple: a managed website + missed-call text back + automated follow-up for $297/month, no setup fee, month-to-month. We give you a demo for each prospect, training, and a clear daily scorecard. The goal is 5 closed deals a month.

Pay: $5/hour base plus commission on closed deals (commission details are covered in our training once you're in).
