Join B2 Systems, a fintech dedicated to streamlining financial processes! We’re seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Financial Data Processor to support our processing department by reviewing, understanding and inputting financial data while working with our software, ensuring accuracy for our clients.
Responsibilities:
• Input and verify financial data from bank statements and funding applications.
• Update and maintain Zoho CRM records with precision.
• Review incoming files for accuracy and completeness.
• Communicate with the team on file status or missing information.
• Meet processing deadlines and help maintain SOPs for documentation.
• Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Zoho CRM (required).
• Experience in financial data processing (e.g., US bank statement analysis).
• Strong with numbers and high attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills. Must be fluent in English.
• Self-motivated, with fast response times during agreed hours
• Bonus Skills:
• Experience with other MCA companies
• bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish)
• Details:
• Hours: 15+ hours/week, flexible, may be more hours on busy days and less on less busy days.
• Compensation: $4-$6/hour, based on experience.
• Opportunity: Potential for expanded hours as we grow.
