Part-time Virtual Assistant — Spanish Outreach & Research
About us:
WonderStory and YOULO are photography studios in Barcelona. WonderStory — family/maternity photography. YOULO — selfie photo studio for birthdays and events.
What you'll do:
Research: find potential partners and influencers on Instagram, LinkedIn, Google
Send outreach emails and DMs in Spanish
Follow up on responses, maintain communication
Compile and organize contact lists in spreadsheets
Proofread AI-generated Spanish content (website, emails, social)
Who we're looking for:
Most important:
Reliable and punctual — you deliver on time, every time. If you say Tuesday, it's Tuesday.
AI-native — you actively use ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools in your work.
Resourceful — you know how to find information and contacts online.
Also required:
Native Spanish speaker with excellent written skills
Organized, follows written instructions precisely
Comfortable with Google Sheets, Instagram, LinkedIn, email
Hours: 10-15 hours/week
Rate: $6-8/hour
Location: Remote (Latin America)
Communication: Asynchronous — written task briefs, no daily calls
