Part-Time Virtual Assistant — Sales Automation & Research (10 hrs/week, Long Term)

I'm looking for a reliable, tech-savvy VA to run a daily outbound sales automation workflow for a clinical research company. This is a long-term role with consistent weekly hours and room to grow. What you'll do every day (30-45 minutes): 1. Monitor a trigger source for new clinical trial activity (new studies, enrollment delays, site expansions) 2. Research study details on ClinicalTrials.gov (phase, indication, visit frequency, endpoints) 3. Find the right contact at each company using Apollo.io 4. Fill in email templates with the research you pulled 5. Load completed drafts into a Google Sheet for my review 6. Enroll approved contacts into an email sequence in Outreach.io. I have a complete SOP, all email templates, and a field mapping document ready to hand over. You are not writing emails from scratch — you are filling in dynamic fields from your research.
