We are seeking a reliable and organized individual to manage phone calls and dispatch for our plumbing business that will work from 8 am to 4 pm mt (alberta, canada). The candidate will be responsible for taking incoming calls, handling customer inquiries, and making outbound calls to schedule additional jobs, follow up with customers, handle rescheduling, and offer promotions to book new jobs. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential to provide excellent customer service. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required.
