Portuguese Audio Data Annotator for Ai/Speech Projects

We are seeking detail-oriented native Portuguese speakers for an audio data annotation project aimed at enhancing AI and speech technologies. This fully remote project involves labeling and reviewing Portuguese audio data according to precise, structured guidelines to build high-quality datasets for machine learning models. The scope includes performing audio data annotation on Portuguese-language content using tools like Label Studio, adhering to step-by-step labeling instructions provided through documentation and video guides, and maintaining high accuracy and consistency across all assigned tasks. The ideal freelancer will collaborate closely with the Project Manager to meet daily productivity targets and continuously improve output based on quality feedback. Required qualifications include native or near-native fluency in Portuguese (listening, reading, and writing), excellent command of English (reading and listening) to understand guidelines and training material, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow structured instructions precisely. A reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment are essential for this full-time opportunity. Experience in annotation or data entry is a plus, as is previous work in audio labeling, transcription, or content moderation. Familiarity with Label Studio or similar annotation platforms and good familiarity with regional Portuguese accents, dialects, and colloquial speech are highly valued.
