Polanco Ventures is seeking a warm, sharp, and highly professional bilingual caller to join our team. We specialize in buying houses in Florida and are committed to treating every homeowner with respect. The ideal candidate will be responsible for hand-dialing seller leads, engaging in real conversations in both English and Spanish, and successfully booking appointments for our owner. Maintaining a clean and organized CRM (GoHighLevel) is also a key part of this role. We are looking for someone who can effectively communicate our values and build rapport with potential sellers.
