We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Appointment Setter who is fluently bilingual to join our fee-only quantitative analytical financial planning firm. The primary responsibility will be to generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for our risk architect. This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to effectively engage potential clients.
Responsibilities will include:
- Proactively contacting potential clients through various channels (e.g., Outbound calls).
- Qualifying leads based on predefined criteria.
- Scheduling initial consultations and follow-up meetings for our financial advisors.
- Maintaining accurate records of interactions and appointments in a CRM system.
- Collaborating with the sales and marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a results-oriented approach, and a solid understanding of the importance of financial planning, even if direct financial expertise is not required for the initial contact. We are looking for someone who can represent our firm professionally and contribute to our growth by securing valuable client appointments.
