I have a collection of digital files that need to be organized into a clean folder structure and renamed consistently.
The work does not require any special technical skills.
If you are organized, pay attention to detail, and can follow instructions, you can complete this project.

Responsibilities:
Review all files in the provided folder. Create folders according to the categories I provide.
Move each file into the correct folder. Rename files using the naming convention I provide.
Remove duplicate files (if they are identical). Report any files that are unclear or cannot be categorized.

Example:
Current files: IMG_1234.jpg, Scan001.pdf, Document (2).docx.
Rename to: 2026-Invoice-001.pdf, Client-John-ID.jpg, Meeting-Notes-2026-07-10.docx (Exact naming rules will be provided.)

Requirements: Basic computer skills. Familiarity with Windows File Explorer or macOS Finder. Careful attention to detail.
Ability to follow instructions exactly. Deliverables: All files organized into the correct folders.
Files renamed according to the provided format.
No missing or duplicated files. A short summary of the completed work.

Estimated Workload:
Approximately 300–800 files.
Expected completion time: 2–4 hours.
Budget: $10–25 (depending on experience and completion time).
