Recruitment and Coordination for Huawei Voice Recording Project

We are seeking a dedicated local freelancer or small team to manage the recruitment and coordination of participants for an important voice recording project for Huawei. This project requires meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills to ensure all requirements are met.

Project Requirements:
We need to recruit over 100 native participants, ensuring a diverse age range from approximately 5 to 70 years old. The participant pool must be balanced with 50% male and 50% female individuals. All participants must possess the specific local accent or dialect required for the project. Each participant will be required to record approximately 300 sentences, with an estimated recording time of 1.5 hours per participant. Recordings will be conducted using an Android phone and a specialized recording application that we will provide. Comprehensive scripts and detailed recording instructions will also be supplied by our team.

Recording Quality Standards:
All recordings must be conducted in a quiet environment, free from any background noise, echo, or reverb. Participants must adhere strictly to all provided instructions. It is crucial that approximately 2 seconds of silence are captured before and after each recorded sentence. All recordings must be complete and meet our stringent quality standards.

Your Responsibilities:
Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and recruiting suitable participants based on the specified age, gender, and language/accent criteria. You will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating all recording sessions, guiding participants throughout the recording process, and ensuring that every recording strictly follows the project's technical and quality requirements. Finally, you will be tasked with delivering all completed recordings and associated data to us.
