We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Administrative Assistant to join our construction company based in Belgium. This is a long-term, part-time position requiring approximately +/- 10 hours per week. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative and accounting support, playing a crucial role in our daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
*  Efficiently process purchase invoices using the Yuki accounting software.
*  Proactively follow up with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate documentation.
*  Accurately match bank transactions to corresponding records.
*  Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
*  Facilitate clear and effective communication with our Portuguese subcontractors.

Requirements:
*  Proven experience with bookkeeping software is essential.
*  Prior experience with Yuki accounting software is a significant advantage.
*  Strong organizational and time management skills.
*  Excellent communication skills in both Portuguese and English are mandatory to effectively interact with our international team and subcontractors.
*  Ability to work independently and remotely.
