We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Remote Sales Representative to join our team and drive B2B growth. Our company specializes in selling high-quality packaged Mexican products, including oregano, crushed chili, and customizable condiment kits, specifically tailored for Mexican restaurants.

Our primary objective is to significantly expand our market reach by identifying, contacting, and closing deals with Mexican restaurants across the U.S., Particularly those that serve traditional dishes like menudo, and could greatly benefit from our unique specialty products.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively search for and identify potential Mexican restaurant clients online, with a focus on those offering traditional dishes such as menudo.
Initiate contact with prospective clients through various communication channels, including email, WhatsApp, Instagram, and phone calls.
Effectively introduce our product line, highlight their benefits, and present competitive pricing structures.
Conduct diligent follow-ups to nurture leads, close sales, and arrange for product sample deliveries when appropriate.
Maintain meticulous records of all leads, contacts, and sales activities in a shared spreadsheet to ensure organized tracking and reporting.

Requirements:

Demonstrated fluency in Spanish is essential for effective communication with our target clientele. Proficiency in English is a valuable asset.
Must possess a proactive and persistent approach to sales communication, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Proven previous experience in sales, client outreach, or business development roles is required.
Highly reliable and organized, with fundamental knowledge and practical experience using Google Sheets for data management.

This is a high-commission opportunity designed for individuals who are eager to capitalize on significant earning potential. While compensation is currently commission-based (30% of the total sale amount), there is strong potential for the addition of a fixed salary component in the future, based on demonstrated performance and results. We are looking for a long-term collaboration to build lasting relationships and expand our business together.
