Remote Billing Specialist

We are a Car Hauler company looking for a highly persistent and detail-oriented Billing Specialist to work remotely. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and have a persistent follow-up approach to ensure invoices are processed and paid on time.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process and send invoices from multiple companies daily using Central Dispatch, Super Dispatch (which can be easily learned), and QuickBooks.
• Follow up persistently via calls and continue pushing through calls, emails, and texts until payment is received.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all billing is up to date.
• Communicate with clients and resolve any billing issues promptly.
• Assist with dispatch calls when needed.
• Handle other administrative paperwork as assigned.

Requirements:
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Extreme persistence and determination – billing requires daily, relentless follow-ups.
• Strong attention to detail – invoices come from different companies and must be managed accurately.
• Highly organized and self-motivated to meet deadlines without supervision.
• Ability to multitask and assist with dispatch and other office duties when necessary.

Compensation & Schedule:
• Starting pay: $100 per week
• Schedule follows the U.S. Calendar – most holidays in your country will not align with your days off.
