Remote Cold-Calling Manager – Recruit Partners for osha 30 + sst school (b2b, usa)

are you great at cold calling and love turning conversations into real results? we’re launching a new osha 30 + sst training school in new york and need a skilled remote cold-calling manager to help us grow by recruiting partners and construction companies.
Your mission: offer companies and potential partners our referral program, where they earn $50 for every client they bring in. It’s simple, high-value, and companies love it.
What You’ll Do:
Identify and reach out to construction companies and potential partners across the USA.
Find potential clients independently using Google, company websites, LinkedIn, and other open sources.
Make cold calls and present our school clearly and confidently.
Explain the referral program and motivate companies to participate.
Record every call for tracking and quality purposes.
Use virtual phone numbers (Google Voice, Zoom Phone, etc.) For all calls.
Keep an organized report of calls, messages, and interested partners.
Send follow-up emails or LinkedIn messages to contacts who did not answer the call.
Work Schedule & Daily Activity:
Days: Monday – Friday
Hours: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (client local time)
optimal calling windows:
morning: 9:00 am – 11:30 am
afternoon: 1:30 pm – 4:30 pm
daily goals:
cold calls: 40–60 calls per day
messages/emails: 20–40 messages per day
research and add new potential clients to the list

Requirements:
Experience in B2B cold-calling (preferably US companies).
Excellent English communication skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Responsible, detail-oriented, and self-driven.
Comfortable with virtual phone systems and recording calls.
Able to research and find new potential clients independently.
Goal of the Project:
Recruit construction companies and partners for our $50-per-client referral program and test real market demand for osha 30 + sst courses.
