Remote Healthcare Provider Research and Outreach Assistant (English/Spanish)

Key Responsibilities:

Research healthcare providers: Identify and gather information on hospitals, clinics, doctors, specialists, dental offices, pharmacies, and transportation providers in specific cities or locations as assigned.
Contact Information Gathering: Accurately find and verify contact details, including phone numbers, emails, WhatsApp numbers, websites, and identify appropriate contact persons or decision-makers within the organizations.
Outreach and Communication: Initiate contact with providers via phone, email, WhatsApp, or online forms. Clearly explain our interest in establishing a working relationship and assess their willingness to collaborate.
Follow-up: Consistently follow up with providers who do not respond to initial communications.
Information Gathering: Ask basic questions regarding their services, availability, pricing, payment requirements, and conditions for potential partnerships.
Data Organization: Systematically organize information on interested providers and submit complete details for final review.
Project Support: Assist with specific projects focused on building a robust network of medical providers in designated cities, countries, or regions.

We are looking for a professional who is comfortable with proactive communication, meticulous online research, and working independently. Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred to effectively communicate with a diverse range of healthcare providers.
