Remote Outbound Call Agents - Australian Hours (Long-Term, English)

We're the Electronic Recycling Association (era.ca), an ISO-certified (27001, 14001, 45001, 9001) North American electronics recycling organization. We're hiring multiple remote outbound call agents for a long-term engagement covering Australian business hours.

the job:
- call businesses in english from our list, introduce our free e-waste pickup service, and book pickup appointments
- log every call outcome in our crm
- some email follow-up
- full script and training provided - we value clear, friendly spoken english and consistency, not hard selling

firm schedule (non-negotiable):
monday-friday 9:00am-5:00pm sydney, australia time. In your local time: Colombia/Peru/Ecuador Sunday-Thursday 6:00pm-2:00am; Venezuela Sunday-Thursday 7:00pm-3:00am; Argentina/Brazil Sunday-Thursday 8:00pm-4:00am. Check this against your own clock before applying.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent spoken English (the entire job is in English)
- Outbound calling / call-center experience preferred
- Quiet workspace + USB headset
- Stable internet 20+ Mbps and a backup internet option (mobile hotspot)
- backup power (ups, inverter, or generator) - power cuts during shift are a dealbreaker
- reliable computer; long-term commitment

pay: usd $3.00-$5.00/hour depending on experience, approx. 40 hrs/week, ongoing.
