Remote Outreach Specialist for Creator Partnerships

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Remote Outreach Specialist to identify and engage with various creators (game designers, sound designers, meme creators) for potential partnership opportunities. This is an ongoing role with a focus on personalized communication and effective lead generation.

Responsibilities include:
- Sending personalized cold messages via various channels such as direct messages, email, and LinkedIn.
- Consistently following up with contacted creators to maintain engagement.
- Tracking all outreach activities and responses meticulously.
- Handing off interested and qualified creators to the founder for final discussions and closing partnerships.

This role is ideal for individuals who:
- Have prior experience in cold outreach, whether in sales, recruiting, or similar fields.
- Possess excellent writing skills, capable of crafting clean, natural English messages.
- Are adept at initiating contact with strangers and successfully eliciting replies.

This role is not suitable for candidates who:
- Rely on generic, copy/pasted messages (especially from AI tools like ChatGPT), as these will result in immediate rejection.
- Send identical messages to all contacts without personalization.
- Lack experience in cold messaging and generating responses.
