Sales Agent – Remote | Flexible Schedule | Performance-Based Growth

Position Summary
Are you fast, persuasive, and hungry to win? We’re looking for high-performing Sales Agents to join our elite team and help achieve top-tier performance. This role is remote, flexible, and comes with serious upside — if you can perform. You’ll be directly responsible for converting leads into buyers and building emotional loyalty with high-value clients.
This isn’t a typical support job — it’s a frontline sales role where performance matters and winners grow fast.

Responsibilities:
• Generate consistent daily sales volume following company benchmarks (full training provided)
• Engage in chat-based conversations with users across multiple platforms
• Build friendly and professional rapport with repeat customers
• Promote digital products, memberships, or special offers aligned with client interests
• Complete all shift notes and tag key leads before signing off.
• Attend weekly team calls and coaching session
• Escalate top customers to Supervisor/QC within 15 minutes of qualifying.
• Complete monthly skills refresh on sales psychology and sales structure.
• Report bugs, blockers, or performance issues proactively.
• Maintain a positive, driven attitude even on slow shifts.

Experience & Education
• No degree required.
• No prior experience required.
• We care about performance, mindset, and growth — not what’s on paper.
• Experience in sales, chat, or customer service is a plus.

Schedule & Compensation
• Full-time, 8-hour shifts
• Fully remote
• Flexible hours (our chat is 24/7; shift assignments vary)
