Sales Rep Needed | Via Phone | Fun | Inbound Only | Dance Academy (Salsa / Bachata)

Full-time, long-term opportunity

We’re hiring a charismatic Sales Closer with strong phone or in-person sales experience and fluent English.
Spanish speakers are a big plus—you can also take Spanish-speaking callers.

No cold calling.
All leads are inbound. Prospective students already want the service—conversations are natural, friendly, and fun.

When not on calls, you’ll support current students through written messaging and light admin (CRM updates, reports, campaigns).

You’ll work remotely with a close-knit team of 10 supporting all areas of the business. Collaboration and ownership are core.

Schedule (PST / Los Angeles Time)
Training (2 weeks): Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm (1-hr break)
Post-training (2 weeks): Same schedule
After: Sat–Sun 10am–3pm, Mon–Thu 2pm–10pm (1-hr daily break)
(Option to adjust for 2 days off)
